There will be 13 rounds played that will consist of
10 rounds straight bingo
1 half time special (100% payout)
1 quickie
1 round progressive blackout
Players can come in when they want and leave when they want
Quickie singles $1 
ten pack of 3 $10. 
ten pack of 6 $20
pack of 10 to be used however you want for the 10 rounds of regular bingo
Half time special and blackout is one six pack for $5
Cards purchased for regular bingo is not usable for blackout , no saving a card for blackout
