How does it work ?
The bingo will work as a 50/50 for each round
There will be 12 rounds played that will consist of
10 rounds straight bingo
1 half time special
1 round progressive blackout
Players can come in when they want and leave when they want
ten pack of singles $10 
ten pack of 3 $20. 
ten pack of 6 $30
pack of 10 to be used however you want for the 10 rounds of regular bingo
Half time special is one six pack for $5
Blackout cards sold seperately for $1 a card
Cards purchased for regular bingo is not usable for blackout , no saving a card for blackout
